Minnesota's Yellow Ribbon City Campaign

Goal: Train and empower community leaders to support Military Service Members and Families in their community.

Key Leaders: Mayor & City Leaders, Medical Service Providers, Judicial, Clergy, Social Service Providers, K-12 Teachers & Staff, Employers, Veterans Organizations, Law Enforcement

Possible Goals of a Community Action Plan:
- Build strong support systems that can respond to the needs of any group.
- Create and market job opportunities for returning Veterans.
- Increase local provider enrollment into the Tri-Care Network.
-Build local network and strategies to connect Families and Veterans with local support.
-Coordinate Early Childhood Family Education classes on parenting for Servie Members and Families of deployed Service Members.
-People want to help support the troops. By synchronizing efforts, WE CAN DO MORE!
